Shipping policy

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10 AM - 7 PM Monday-Thursday and 10AM - 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, Closed on Sunday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping to locations within the US. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

  

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at boutique@hivesalonandboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
